We are looking for a Service Engineer for the Benelux, to strengthen our Perten Service Team.
The right person for the job will replace the Field Service Engineer, who currently lives in the center of The Netherlands.

What will you be doing as Service Engineer
As a service engineer you are responsible for:
• Implementing the tools at our customers/distributors in the field of NIR technology, Rheology and the milk analysis instruments in the food industry
• Carrying out maintenance, repair and modifications to the delivered instruments
• Providing training to clients/distributors
• Providing technical support
• Providing clients with software updates, qualifications and process optimization

What we think is important
We think it's important that your level of knowledge is the highest in the market this will to be realized through attending internal and external trainings. You are a driven technician, flexible with the ability to solve complex problems and be up to the challenge encountered in a technical environment. You have an excellent command of the English and German language and you have excellent communication skills.

What do you bring
• Preferably you have a least of 3 years’ experience as a Service Engineer
• Ability to work and think at the level of MBO/HBO. A completed technical education; level 4 electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Experience as technical helpdesk and or with software-based analytical systems
• Strong organizational skills, enthusiastic and your focus is on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent knowledge of the German and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of the MS office package.
• A valid driving license B and you enjoy travelling.
